Couple Marks 40 Years

Miriam and John Kulavik of Moundsville celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Saturday, Sept. 14.

Miriam Kulavik works for Mark Crow Nationwide Insurance.

John Kulavik is retired from Consol Energy, McElroy Mine.

They are the parents of two sons. The family includes Johnny and his wife, Patty, and Tommy and his wife, Angie. They have three step-grandchildren.

Family members said of the couple: “Miriam and John have a strong and loving bond that is eternal. A bond created in 2011 when John was in need of a kidney transplant and Miriam was his donor. She gave John her kidney with love and no regrets. This is what makes them ‘The Perfect Match.'”

Couple Marks 40 Years

Joseph Tellitocci Jr. and Barbara Ann Molnar Tellitocci of Benwood are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today, Sept. 1.

They were united in marriage Sept. 1, 1973 at St. John Roman Catholic Church, Benwood, by the late Rev. Michael P. O’Reilly.

Barbara Tellitocci is the daughter of the late Anthony Joseph Molnar and Julia Theresa Vargo Molnar. She is a 1967 graduate of Union High School and a lifelong resident of the Boggs Run area of Benwood. She is employed at WesBanco.

Joseph Tellitocci Jr. is the son of Evelyn May Fisher Tellitocci of Wheeling and the late Joseph Tellitocci Sr. He is a 1970 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School. He retired from the former Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. in 2003 after serving the company for 30 years. He is employed at Wheeling Coin.

They are the parents of three children. The family includes a daughter, the late Rebecca Lynn Tellitocci, and two sons, Joseph Anthony Tellitocci of Benwood and Travis John Tellitocci and his wife, Bobbi Sue Gibbons Tellitocci, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
