WHEELING — Kids are out of school before Christmas, but you have to work? Need a way to keep kids active after Christmas when all they want to do is play on their technology devices? Parents looking for fun and educational activities for children during the holiday break can choose from several options available locally.

Daytime camps and workshops are being offered for youngsters at the Oglebay Institute Stifel Fine Arts Center on National Road in Wheeling, OI Schrader Environmental Education Center at Oglebay Resort and the Children’s Museum of the Ohio Valley, 1000 Main St., Wheeling.
