Melanie Rae Gantzer and Keith Henry Miller were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Mount Olivet, with the Rev. Dennis Schuelkens Jr. officiating the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Debbie Gantzer of Wheeling.
The groom is the son of Randy and Kathy Miller of Wheeling.
Jodie Gantzer was maid of honor. Stewart Sleime served as best man.
Other attendants were Staci Sengewalt, Sara Palmer, Renee Miller, Merida Friedman, Amanda Eckersberg, Chris Sengewalt, David Schmid, Brendan Lee, Jeffrey Mabb and Paul Braswell.
A reception was held at the White Palace ballroom, Wheeling Park.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University with a master’s degree in elementary education and special education. She is employed as a resource teacher at Wayside Elementary School, Potomac, Md.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. He is a certified public accountant at CliftonLarsonAllen in Washington, D.C.
After a wedding trip to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Rockville, Md.
