Allison Suzanne Neavin and Jarod Daniel Rine were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Christ United Methodist Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Dr. Timothy J. Allen officiating.
Parents of the bride are John and Kathie Neavin of Rayland.
Parents of the groom are Larry and Jana Rine of Moundsville.
Jacque Baker was maid of honor. Audrey Mellot was matron of honor. Josh Rine, brother of the groom, and Even Kelch served as best men.

A reception was held at Grand Vue Park Banquet Hall, Moundsville.
The bride is a 2000 graduate from Martins Ferry High School, a 2002 graduate of Belmont Technical College and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is a graduate student at Wheeling Jesuit University. She is employed by Marshall County school system as a teacher.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of John Marshall High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a 2011 graduate of Penn State University in mining technology. He is employed by Consol Energy as section foreman.
The couple plans a wedding trip to Mexico in the spring. The couple resides in Valley Grove.
