Tequila Angelic Monique Smith and Christopher Allan Oliver were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at an outdoor ceremony at West Alexander Fairgrounds, with the Rev. Thomas Rentfrow officiating.
Parents of the bride are Wayne and Grace Smith of Valley Grove.
Parents of the groom are Jim Oliver of Wheeling and Lisa Black of Wheeling.
Sara Simpson served as maid of honor. Skyler Yocum was best man.
Other attendants were Mary Jo Dominquez, Tabatha Carroll, Brian Farmer and Matt Yawn.
Smith is a 2013 graduate of Abundant Life Christian School and is pursuing a criminal justice degree at West Liberty University. She is employed by the Jim Robinson and Bob Robinson auto dealerships as a receptionist.
Oliver is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College. He is employed at Rain for Rent in Triadelphia.
After a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn., the couple resides in Wheeling.
