Cindy Yanasha Devi Bahadur and Elvin John Malabanan Angulo were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Friday, March 18, in a Hindu wedding ceremony at Gandhi Mandir Temple, Wayne, N.J. A Catholic wedding ceremony took place at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 19, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, West Orange, N.J.
The bride is the daughter of Anand and Liloutie Bahadur of Parsippany, N.J.
The groom is the son of Dr. Edwin and Editha Angulo of Moundsville.
Isha “Sami” Madhani was the maid of honor. Eric Angulo, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Other attendants were Eileen Angulo, sister of the groom; Nina Patel; Natasha Persaud; Anand Bahadur Jr., brother of the bride; Cesar Pizarro and Jason Laureles.
A reception was held at Mayfair Farms, West Orange, N.J.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Parsippany High School in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication in 2010 and a Master of Business Administration in marketing management in 2014 from Pace University in New York. She is a senior client partner at Oracle Data Cloud in New York City.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of The Linsly School and a 2005 graduate of University of Dayton in Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He is a senior solutions consultant at Experian Marketing Services in New York City.
After a two-week wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Kaua’i, Hawaii, the couple will reside in New Jersey.
