At 12:30 a.m. Monday, police responded to a call Lower Terrace where they arrested Robert Michael Coleman, of Wheeling, for domestic battery. He was held at the Northern Regional Jail in Moundsville pending arraignment.
Disorderly Conduct
At 2:49 p.m. Sunday, police went to the area of National Road and Edgington Lane for a man screaming and cursing. They arrested William Lee Stevens, 22, of Wheeling, for disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. They also arrested Bradley Marshall Durbin, 21, of Wheeling, on fugitive warrant alleging shoplifting in Brooke County.

At 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Bradley E. Showalter, 29, of 333 Mulberry St., Barnesville, was southbound on Ohio 149 in Union Township. According to the report, he drove off the left side of the road, traveled down an embankment and struck a drainage ditch and fence. He was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
On Sunday, troopers arrested James E. Holton, 38, of Terre Haute, Ind., for DUI and marked lanes. Bond was set at $1,095.
On Monday, troopers arrested Freida L. Potts, 23, of Cambridge, for DUI, a tail light violation, drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs. Bond was set at $1,580.

Vandalism to Auto
At 9:52 a.m. Saturday, an officer took a report of vandalism to auto at a South Wheeling location.
Multiple Charges
At 12:53 a.m. Saturday, an officer on patrol identified a fugitive from justice in the area of Delaware and South York streets. The suspect, Donald L. Longwell, age and address not provided, was wanted on various warrants out of Belmont and Ohio counties. Upon seeing police, Longwell fled on foot and was apprehended at Virginia and South Penn streets. He was charged with fleeing, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, shoplifting and was served with warrants. He was placed in the Northern Regional Jail in Moundsville.

At 6:14 p.m. Friday, an officer on patrol on Virginia Street noticed the driver of a black Hyundai Elantra was not wearing his seatbelt. Police initiated a traffic stop and cited Matthew Scott Anthony for simple possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.
Fraud
At 1:30 p.m. Friday, police at headquarters took a report of someone fraudulently obtaining a prescription.
Found Firearm
At 7:46 a.m. Friday, a caller reported finding a firearm on the ground between two houses on Eoff Street. An officer secured the weapon which was placed in the evidence locker at headquarters.

At 12:34 a.m. Tuesday, police stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of Main Street and arrested Shawn Lee Spear Jr., 29, of Wheeling for driving while suspended, expired registration and no insurance. He also was served a felony warrant for terroristic threats out of magistrate court. He was placed in the Northern Regional Jail.

At 5:40 a.m. Wednesday, Amanda L. Moore, 32, of 46231 Magee Road, St. Clairsville, was northbound on Belmont 82 in Richland Township, when, according to the report, the vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a utility pole. Moore was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
At 7:29 a.m. Wednesday, Xiaoling L. Bazar, 56, of 72125 E. Sharon Road, Bridgeport, was eastbound on U.S. 250 in Pease Township when, according to the report, the driver lost control on the icy roadway, slid off the left side of the road and struck a drainage ditch and embankment. Bazar was cited for operating a vehicle without reasonable control.
