Alleged Fight, Fleeing Lead To Allen Arrest

Thomas Eugene Allen Jr. was arrested last week for allegedly attacking his sister and her boyfriend over a dirtbike and later fleeing the scene.

Allen, 21, of Wind Ridge, Pa., was charged with domestic battery, destruction of property, battery and fleeing. Bond was set at $1,500.

According to the criminal complaint against Allen, West Virginia State Police went to 12571 Waynesburg Pike Road. in Cameron at about 3:30 p.m. April 9 for a possible domestic situation. While on route, officers were informed Allen had left the scene. The alleged victim, Ashlyn Allen, no age or address listed, told officers her brother, Thomas Allen, was upset because her boyfriend had a dirtbike.

According to the report, Thomas Allen had taken the bike for a ride and when he came back, started to argue and fight with his sister’s boyfriend. He then became angry and and allegedly began to push his sister. At some point, Thomas Allen also allegedly dented the rear door of his sister’s car.

Officers reported several wounds on Ashlyn Allen, including injuries on her left arm and legs. Allen’s boyfriend also reportedly had scratches on his face and elbow as well as bite marks around his neck.

When the police were called, Thomas Allen allegedly fled to the woods toward Fork Ridge Road. Officers found him shortly after in a wooded area about 100 yards from the scene. Officers began chasing Allen, but were unable to catch him. They later found him driving a vehicle on Fork Ridge.
