According to Sheriff Charles R. The charges, according to the sheriff, are related to heroin, pills and a variety of other drugs.

Those arrested include:

The falsification charge is related to the name initially given by the suspect, according to Black.

The individuals were arrested without incident and transported to the Washington County Jail in Marietta. Black had talked to Washington County Sheriff Larry R. Mincks and obtained the use of that county’s armored personnel carrier and its tactical entry team in connection with the arrests.
