At 5:21 p.m. Saturday, police responded to an anonymous tip that marijuana was growing in the backyard at 42 Duquense Ave.

The criminal complaint states that after police saw the plants growing, they obtained a search warrant from Roxby and returned to the premises at 9:15 p.m. According to the report, police seized several marijuana-related items from Compton’s bedroom, including .43 grams of marijuana in chewing gum containers, 3.96 grams of marijuana in a clear plastic bag, one drum-shaped grinder, circular grinder, two packages of cigarette rolling paper, one bong and two marijuana pipes.

From the backyard, police seized seven marijuana plans, according to the report.
