At 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, Stewart Avenue, alarm.

At 3:32 a.m. Tuesday, Fourth Street, suspicious activity.

At 10:58 p.m. Monday, Morton Avenue, public intoxication.

At 9:44 p.m., Monday, Jefferson Avenue, disorderly individual.

At 9:02 p.m. Monday, Wal-Mart Drive, panhandler.

At 7:46 p.m. Monday, Tomlinson Avenue, question about eviction process.

At 6:50 p.m. Monday,  13th Street, vandalism to vehicle.

At 6:04 p.m. Monday, Moundsville Bridge, rear-end collision.

BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

At 5:02 p.m. Monday, a sergeant was at an address on Key Bellaire Road, Bellaire, assisting units from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

At 5 p.m. Monday, a complainant from the Belmont American Legion Post No. 312 in Belmont came to the station to report they had five rifles stolen around the 1950s. The last inventory was taken on June 22, 1926. All guns were 1889 Springfield rifles, .30 caliber with “US” on the stock. Serial numbers were provided to the sheriff’s office.

At 4:04 p.m. Monday, a sergeant was out at a business on Belmont Street, Bellaire, with ATF units.

At 3 p.m. Monday, a complainant from Morristown-Flushing Road, Flushing, reported all-terain vehicles running on his property destroying his hayfield.

At 12:26 p.m. Sunday, central dispatch advised a male at Eat ‘N Park in St. Clairsville was caught stealing tips from several tables.
