Wellsburg Man Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges
Wellsburg resident Charles A. Marker, 40, was sentenced to 120 months in prison this week for distribution of methamphetamine, said U.S. Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld II.
Marker previously pled guilty in February 2016 to one count of conspiracy to possess wiih intent to distribute and to distribute methamphetamine.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen L. Vogrin prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Hancock, Brooke, Weirton Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey presided.
