At 10:31 p.m., officers were sent to the 100 block of North 17th Street in regard to domestic violence in progress. As a result, they arrested Wheeling resident Christopher Ray Brunner for third-degree domestic battery. Brunner was placed in the Northern Regional Jail pending arraignment.
