BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
At 3:25 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to West Echo Road, Neffs, for an animal that was hit in the roadway and needed to be put down.
At 3 p.m. Tuesday, a deputy responded to an address on High Street, Holloway, for a welfare check.
At 1:17 p.m. Tuesday, a complainant from Cove Road, Powhatan Point, reported someone broke into the home through a window and took items.
At 9:41 a.m. Tuesday, units responded to Bridgeport Schools, Industrial Drive, for a report of two males fighting.
At 12:53 a.m. Tuesday, units responded to an address on Sheryl Avenue, Bellaire, for a report of a burglary in progress.
At 7:57 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on Provident Road, St. Clairsville, for a loud music complaint.
At 4:31 p.m. Monday, a sergeant was out at Ulta, Ohio Valley Mall, for a female shoplifter who had been taken into custody.
