Former Tyler Consolidated Middle School Teacher Indicted On Solicitation Charges
A former Tyler Consolidated Middle School teacher has been indicted for allegedly sending nude photos of herself to two of her students.
A Tyler County grand jury met last week and indicted Jessica Nicole Stine, 34, of Woodsfield for two felony counts of soliciting a minor by computer and two felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to the criminal complaint filed in Tyler County Magistrate Court, the West Virginia State Police Crimes Against Children Unit investigation began in June after troopers learned that two male juveniles allegedly had received multiple nude images of Stine via Instagram, an online application.
The complaint also states the two juveniles received inappropriate, sexually suggestive text messages from Stine.
State police arrested Stine on July 7.
Her bond was set at $20,000, which she posted.
