Man Charged With Drug Crimes in Marshall County

A Moundsville man is facing charges for allegedly providing area residents with crack cocaine and Suboxone.

Justin Lee Nash, 32, of 421 Clinton Ave., Moundsville, is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He is housed at the Northern Regional Jail on $10,000 bond.

According to a criminal complaint, the Marshall County Drug Task Force spoke to a Leo Lane resident Monday who advised an officer that since a female moved into a downstairs apartment in the area, foot traffic had increased through the day and evening, with people visiting for a few minutes and leaving.

After serving a warrant on an unidentified female, officers questioned the woman, who stated she received crack cocaine and Suboxone from the Leo Lane residence, where she allegedly had seen Nash visit on multiple occasions.
