BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

At 2:18 p.m. Thursday, units responded to the Piercing Pagoda at the Ohio Valley Mall, St. Clairsville, for a report of two female shoplifters who took off with two chains and headed toward the main entrance.

At 2:46 a.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to an address on Otto Road, Powhatan Point, for a report of individuals on the property claiming to be there to repossess a vehicle but would not provide proof.
