At 10:39 a.m., Cabela’s at The Highlands, panhandling.
At 10:02 a.m., 200 block of North Penn Street, Wheeling, serve warrant.
At 2:42 a.m., near Bridge Street Middle School, Wheeling, arrested Deondre Henry, no age or address listed, for driving while suspended. Charges of first-offense DUI, refusal of preliminary breath test, refusal of print cards/signature were added later, in addition to destruction of property for allegedly urinating on the carpet in the holding area.

BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
At 12:24 a.m. Tuesday, a deputy patrolled the area of National Road, Bethesda, for a report of lights seen outside a residence. Nothing was seen or heard, according to the report.
At 11:12 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on Main Street, St. Clairsville, for a report of loud music.
At 10:38 p.m. Monday, a deputy patrolled the area of Sunset Heights and Highland Avenue, Bridgeport, for a report of juveniles shining lasers at vehicles. Nothing was found, according to the report.
At 5:51 p.m. Monday, a sergeant responded to Lakeview Drive, Dillonvale, for a report of a neighbor dispute.
At 5:46 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an address on Patterson Hill Road, Bellaire, for a report of a burglary. According to the complainant, someone entered the residence through a sliding-glass door and tried to enter the gun safe, damaging it. Someone also tried to enter the residence a week ago, but only minor things were missing, and the homeowner did not report the previous incident, according to the report.
At 1:04 p.m. Monday, a caller from Pleasant Grove, Dillonvale, reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle overnight and took $20 to $30 in change. Extra patrols were requested.
At 12:32 p.m. Monday, a caller from Pleasant Grove, Adena, reported someone entered her truck overnight. Extra patrols were requested.
At 7:07 a.m. Monday, several units responded to the Best Value Inn, National Road, St. Clairsville, for a report from a caller who stated it sounded like a female who he knows was being harmed in one of the rooms. On the scene, there was no answer at the door or to the phone. Officials were given a key to enter the room by management, and no one was in the room.
