At 5:27 p.m. Thursday, a sergeant responded to an address on New Cut Road, Shadyside, for a welfare check.
At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, units responded to an address on Maple Avenue, Lansing, for a domestic situation. An emergency squad also was called to the scene to transport a male subject to Hillcrest for an evaluation.
At 3:41 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to Boscov’s at the Ohio Valley Mall, St. Clairsville, for a female shoplifter in custody. The female was released on her own recognizance with charges to follow, according to the report.
At 12:51 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to West Almar Lane, St. Clairsville, for a report of a dog locked inside a vehicle.
At 12:29 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Lynncrest Drive, St. Clairsville, reported his wife has been texting someone she believes is Blake Shelton. The caller found a Western Union received in his wife’s purse for $285 and wanted to speak with a deputy.
At 11:37 a.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to Blaine Hill for a possible domestic situation.
