At 8:31 p.m., Lane B, officers responded to the area of Seventh Street in North Wheeling for a fight call. As a result, officers arrested Misty Jo Dowdell-Shau, no age or address listed, for disorderly conduct, obstructing and public intoxication. She was transported to the Northern Regional Jail pending arraignment.

At 12:31 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Dixon Road, Belmont, reported her mailbox was knocked down and requested extra patrols.

At 12:27 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Breezy Hill Road, St. Clairsville, reported a harassing phone scam.

At 1:39 a.m. Thursday, a deputy was out at Belmont Street, Bellaire, with a suspicious male walking along the roadway. According to the report, the male had an active warrant from Belmont County, and a pill was found in a fifth pocket of his jeans. Jamil A. Shaw, 21, was arrested, taken to jail and booked on charges of failure to appear and a felony drug possession charge.
