At 11:50 a.m., 800 block of National Road, Ryan Bolshakov, 43, of Wheeling, was arrested for shoplifting. He was released with a citation.

At 2:03 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to the Powhatan Marina, Powhatan Point, for a report of three pickup trucks doing donuts in the lot.

At 11:50 p.m. Friday, units responded to Mall Ring Road, St. Clairsville, for a report of a female driver stuck in a ditch behind the Ohio Valley Mall with a 3-year-old in the vehicle. A tow truck was requested, and according to the report, the female was arrested after an open container and drugs were found. Sierra Nichole Fitzgerald, 26, was taken to the Ohio State Highway Patrol post and then to the Belmont County Jail, where she was booked on charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension, failure to control, open container, possesion of marijuana and endangering children. The child was taken by deputy, according to the report, and a family member was contacted. Children Services was put on call, but a family member arrived, and the child was released to them. Upon being transported to jail, the female was banging her head on cage of cruiser, according to the report. The vehicle was towed and ordered to be impounded until release by court order.

At 11 p.m. Friday, units responded to an address on National Road, Lansing, for a report of domestic trouble.

At 7:33 p.m. Friday, units responded to Kagg Hill Road, St. Clairsville, for a report of a cow loose in the road.

At 5:39 p.m. Friday, a deputy responded to Fox Run Hospital, Traco Drive, St. Clairsville, for a subject requesting that a report of an assault be filed.

At 7:40 a.m. Friday, a caller from the Belmont Better Hunting and Fishing Club, Piedmont, reported a 2017 Polaris Ranger was stolen.

At 1:39 p.m. Friday, a deputy responded to Wal-Mart, Valley Plaza Drive, St. Clairsville, for a report of a female shoplifter in custody.

At 11:44 p.m. Thursday, several units responded to an address on Provident Road, St. Clairsville, for a domestic complaint. One male subject was located near on Fairpoint-Maynard Road and detained.
