Morgan Glass of Wheeling Park High School and Patrick Duffy of Wheeling Central Catholic High School have won the Wheeling Elks Scholarships for 2017-2018.

Each will receive $1,000 from Wheeling Lodge 28, according to Youth Activities Chairman Joe Marchlenski.

Glass captained her soccer team at Wheeling Park and was named to the second team of the All-State Soccer Team. She serves as vice-president of the National Honor Society and was elected as an officer at Rhododendron Girls State.
