James L. Lucas of 3436 Franklin St., Bellaire, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for domestic violence.
David P. Hughes of 912 U.S. 60, Ashland, Ky., was arrested Wednesday for possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of schedule 3 narcotics, possession of crack and possession of meth.
Joshua R. Kropka of 724 Pearl St., Martins Ferry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear related to a domestic charge.
