RosalieKimball Is Re-Elected As Wheeling Elks Exalted Ruler
Rosalie Kimball has been re-elected exalted ruler of Wheeling Elks Lodge 28.
Kimball will serve a full year in office. Kimball is an employee of Altmeyer Funeral Homes. She is a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Church and has a son, a daughter and a grandson. Her husband, Martin, serves as Wheeling deputy police chief.
She and her husband, Marty, will attend the Elks National Convention in San Antonio in July. Other new officers for the Wheeling Elks for the coming year are Leading Knight Mitch Johnson, Loyal Knight Steve Rodocker, Lecturing Knight Julie Zogg, Esquire Ted McKeets, Chaplain Charles Buzzard, Inner Guard Edward Duffy, Tiler James Tekely, Secretary Loris Haynes, Treasurer Jeff Miller and Trustees Marty Kimball, Paul Zogg, Charles McKee, Elizabeth Pernell and Robert Delbrugge.
“I am honored to be a member of the Elks organization,” Kimball said. “We pledge never to forget our veterans. Our programs also help special needs children and help our youth with scholarships and drug prevention programs. The Wheeling Elks Lodge is celebrating its 133rd birthday this year. I am proud we have contributed more than $100,000 through the years in our community.”
