At 7:56 p.m. Monday, a caller from Crescent-Barton Road, St. Clairsville, reported a male subject followed her son home and had been pounding on her door before leaving in a gold car. Units responded and advised whoever it was got into the complainant’s mailbox.

At 7:11 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to an animal complaint at the Multi County Apartments, Hope Lane, Bridgeport, regarding possession of a dog.

At 2:43 p.m. Monday, a deputy was out on a traffic stop on Wesley Street, Bridgeport. Two syringes reportedly were found on a male subject, who also had an outstanding warrant, the report indicated. Kyle Lee Palmer, 24, was arrested on a bond revocation and misdemeanor charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 1:26 p.m. Monday, a deputy was out on a littering/illegal dumping complaint at an address on East Main Street, Holloway.

At 10:55 a.m. Monday, a complainant from Kennedy Avenue, Martins Ferry, reported identity theft. Someone opened up an AEP account in another state under his name, the report indicated.

At 7:57 a.m. Monday, units responded to an address on Whitely Street, Bridgeport, for a report of a physical assault. Justin Dwight Dunn, 37, was confirmed to have an active warrant from Ohio County. He was arrested and taken to jail.
