At 12:17 a.m. Saturday, units were dispatched to the parking lot outside of Walmart, Ohio Valley Plaza, St. Clairsville, for a report of a fight.

At 11:43 p.m. Friday, a deputy responded to the parking lot outside of Lowe’s Home Improvement, Ohio Valley Plaza, St. Clairsville, for a complaint of a white pickup truck doing donuts. The deputy indicated no contact was made with the described vehicle, but a group of people was there, and the people were advised to leave.

At 10:58 a.m. Friday, a sergeant responded to Belmont Community Hospital, Harrison Street, Bellaire, were evidence was being taken regarding an alleged sexual assault that reportedly occurred at a hotel.

At 4:28 p.m. Friday, a deputy responded to Hill Crest Drive, St. Clairsville, for an animal complaint. A caller stated two cows were in his front yard. The owner of the cattle was located, and the cows were taken back.

At 3:56 a.m. Friday, units responded to National Road, Bridgeport, for a report of males trying to get into vehicles. A male was taken into custody, and victims were contacted to verify belongings that allegedly were stolen, according to the report. One male was taken to jail. Jared Green, 19, was arrested on a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass.

At 11:43 p.m. Thursday, a deputy detained a female during a traffic stop on Hamilton Street in Bellaire. Methamphetamine and pipes were found in the vehicle, and drugs were found in her purse, according to the report. The Ohio State Highway Patrol performed a field sobriety test, and the vehicle was towed from the scene, according to the report. One female was taken to jail.

At 11:28 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Nixon Run Road, Martins Ferry, reported a breaking and entering. A refrigerator reportedly was taken, and the house was ransacked, according to the complainant. Some windows also were broken.

At 8:15 p.m. Thursday, units responded to Patterson Hill Road, Neffs, for a report of threats or harassment.

At 8:03 p.m. Thursday, units responded to Sheetz, Addie Way, St. Clairsville, for a report of threats or harassment. According to the report, a caller advised there was someone in the store trying to purchase alcohol for an underage person. They began making threats toward the cashier after they were refused, according to the report.

At 7:52 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to an address on Mt. Victory Road, Powhatan Point, for a report of a burglary.

At 5:37 p.m. Thursday, a complainant reported the tires on her vehicle were slashed at the Blaine Post Office, National Road, Bridgeport.
