BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
At 10:14 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to the Belmont County Fairgrounds, Roscoe Road, St. Clairsville, after a complainant reported she believed someone entered her camper.
At 9:14 p.m. Monday, units responded to Handle Street, Bridgeport, for a report of a fight. Officers spoke to both parties and reported this was an argument, nothing physical.
At 8:20 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an address on Glencoe Road, Jacobsburg, for a report of a drunk causing a disturbance.
At 6:01 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to Patterson Hill Road, Bellaire, for a complaint of a stolen vehicle. The deputy cleared the scene after the caller reportedly stated they knew where the vehicle was, and it was being repossessed.
At 5:14 p.m. Monday, units responded to Talbott Road, Bellaire, for a report of a suspicious person. William N. Druschel Jr., 37, was arrested on a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass and was booked into the Belmont County Jail on $250 bond.
At 1 p.m. Monday, units responded to a request for assistance from the Ohio State Highway Patrol in shutting down the westbound on-ramp to I-70 and exit 216.
At 9:30 a.m. Monday, a deputy responded to Lafferty Road, Lafferty, for a neglected animal complaint.
