At 7:14 p.m. Monday, a complainant from Patterson Hill Road reported a male known to her was drunk and slashed her tires.

At 5:50 p.m. Monday, a complainant from Mill Street, Bridgeport, reported her phone stolen from a store in the Ohio Valley Plaza, St. Clairsville.
