BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

At 11:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Lafferty Station Road, Union Township, for a report of a suspicious male. Units spoke with the male and the complainant, according to the report, which stated no crimes were committed.

At 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, a caller from Patterson Hill Road, Bellaire, requested an officer regarding an alleged assault between juveniles.

At 5:27 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to Cumberland Run Road, St. Clairsville, for a report of a burglary in progress. A female at the scene appeared to be “on something” and admitted to taking numerous substances, according to the report.
