People flocked Saturday to Oglebay Park from the Ohio Valley and beyond as the park celebrates its 90th birthday with a weekend of activities. Allison Neitzelt, 3, of St. Clairsville, sits patiently as “Doozy” paints her face near Schenk Lake. Allison’s mom, Lindsay Neitzelt, left, said her sister told her about the free face-painting as part of the birthday activities.
