Ethics Complaint Filed Against Justice, Morrisey
Van Jenkins of East Bank, West Virginia, has filed a complaint with the West Virginia Ethics Commission to investigate Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and Governor Jim Justice for allegedly using their office resources for political activity.

Among the highlights in the complaint are allegations that Justice streamed a political speech for Morrisey on a taxpayer-funded Facebook page during the political rally of President Trump, and that Morrisey used the office of the Attorney General to promote a campaign event in Wheeling with Vice President Mike Pence.
