Donald Rinder

RINDER, Donald W. 65, of Valley Grove, W.Va., died Wednesday, April 2, 2008, in the Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling.

He was born July 11, 1942 in Wheeling, W.Va., the son of the late Andrew E. and Lillian Anthony Rinderer.

Mr. Rinder was a retired painter with the Painters Union Local 9I; and a Methodist by faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Pritts and Linda Lawson.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Key Rinder; three children, Chrystal and her husband, Chet Ernest, of Warwood, George and his wife, Denise Dunlap, of Barton, Ohio; and Tammy and her husband, David Blum, of Wheeling; seven grandchildren, Amber Blum, Chet Ernest, Jr, Chad Ernest, Jordan Dunlap, Ryan Dunlap, Sydney Dunlap and Tanner Dunlap; four sisters, Nancy Apostolec of Triadelphia, W.Va., Rose Harwatt of Short Creek, W.Va., Joyce Ritz, of Amherst, Ohio and Geri Dallas, of Fla., and two brothers, Eugene “Oscar” Rinderer of Warwood and Charles “Smokey” Rinderer of Warwood; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2008 at the Kepner Funeral Home, Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave, Wheeling.
