Grace Hanke

HANKE, Grace M., Beaver, 88, formerly of Petropolus Towers, Wheeling, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010, in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born June 30, 1922, in Wheeling, W.Va., daughter of the late William W. and Anna M. Federmeyer Beaver.

Mrs. Hanke was retired from Green’s Doughnut Shop, Wheeling.

Surviving are two sons, Norman L. Hanke and his wife, DeLois of Kentucky, and Ronald L. Hanke of Wheeling; a daughter, Beverly L. Stromatos of Wheeling; a sister, Sylvia Damico of Wheeling; eight grand children; and 16 great- grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Kepner Funeral Home, 304-242-2311, 166 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling, on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 3-7 p.m. and again on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 11 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. with the Reverend Bryan D. Carpenter officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
