SCHAMING, Rosalind E. “Rose,” 68, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville.
Rose was born July 24, 1942, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Ernest and Donna Sees Dunlevy.
She was a homemaker and was Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her sister, Arlene Grimm.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Harry E. Schaming, whom she married on May 15, 1961; her son, Christopher and his wife, Susan Schaming, of Toronto; four grandchildren, Sergeant Nathan Schaming Ret. Of Washington D.C., Jeanine (Ian) Hawkins of Kettering, Ohio, Zachary and Becca Schaming of Toronto; her brother, Timothy and his wife, Helen Dunlevy, of Wellsville; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call from 48 p.m. Tuesday at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St., Toronto where services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Rev. Eric Frye will officiate Rose’s services.
Burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.
