MAY, Eddie, age 44, of Moundsville, WV, died Sunday.

Visitation Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. until funeral service at 1p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville.

MAY, Eddie, age 44, of Moundsville, WV, died Sunday, January 6, 2013, at home.

He was born March 23, 1968, in Davis, WV, the son of the late, Edward William May, Sr. and Mary Lou Lauffer.

He was a Desert Storm Navy Veteran; an employee of 18 Karat, Inc. of Eighty-Four, PA; and an avid Nascar Fan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Denzil Wells, Sr.; a brother, Denzil Wells, Jr.; an infant nephew, Gregory Lee Wells; and an infant niece, Jerzee Lynn Wells.

Survivors include a daughter, Crystal Nicole May of Moundsville; a son, Billy Durrah of Moundsville; four brothers, Denny Wells, Jerry (Tammy) Wells, Gregory (Mary) Wells, and Raymond (Trish) Howard, all of Moundsville; four sisters, Osie (Dick) Huggins, Sandy (Herk) Lightner, and Carol (Butch) Lowe, all of Moundsville, and Tammy (Jan) Poe of Fairmont, WV; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, with Pastor Paul Smith officiating.

Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville where the Moundsville Honor Guard will conduct Military graveside services.
