STUCKEY, James A., 52, of Moundsville, WV, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at home.
He was born January 7, 1961, in Ravenna, OH, the son of Ruth (James) Griffith of Beloit, OH, and the late Arthur Leo Stuckey.
He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and a follower of The Shepherd’s Chapel with Dr. Arnold Murray, DRE.
James was an avid hunter, and a huge Minnesota Viking fan.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Raymond Fleshman.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Mary Stuckey; two daughters, Melissa (James Christopher) Thatcher of Moundsville and Jamie (Ryan) Waugh of Berkeley Springs, WV; a son, Christopher James (Lisa) Stuckey of Jacobsburg, OH; his father’s widow, Mary Lou Stuckey of Canton, OH; five grandchildren, Dakoyta, Kendall and Owynn Thatcher, and Addison and Paige Waugh; and a sixth grandchild who is due in April; a brother, Jeffery (Debbie) Stuckey of Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Jodie Shields of Virginia Beach, VA, and Victoria (Shane) McCartney of Minnesota; two nieces, Jessica Shields and Abby Stuckey; and two nephews, John Paul Shields and Nathan Stuckey.
At James’ request, there will be no visitation or services.
