ZAGORIC, Leo Paul Jr., 70, of Shadyside died Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.
Leo was born July 28, 1942, in Bellaire, Ohio a son of the late Leo P. and Virginia Belinski Zagoric Sr.
He was retired from Fisher Scientific Corp., Pittsburgh, PA, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Shadyside, a graduate of the Allied Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL and was a Army Veteran of the Vietnam War as a Photographer and expert marksman.
Surviving is a brother, Ted J. (Paula) Zagoric of Shadyside, OH, two sisters, Mae Gaskill, Columbus, OH and Tana (Frank) Cline of Shadyside, OH, nieces and nephews, Lori Tonello, David Zagoric, Matt Gaskill, Marc Gaskill, Evan Cline, Tyler Cline and Logan Cline, special Friends, Susie and Jim McGraw both of Wheeling, WV, and his beloved Dog “Paris.”
Family and friends will be received 5-8 p.m. Thursday February 14, 2013 at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3900 Central Ave., Shadyside, OH.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church Shadyside, OH, with Fr. Samuel Saprano as Celebrant.
Burial follows in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Bellaire, Ohio.
Belmont County Council of the American Legion will conduct Military honors 9:15 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
