MARTIN, Allyson Nichole, 19 of Neffs, Ohio died Friday, March 29, 2013, surrounded by family and friends at her home following a courageous battle with Leukemia.
She was born January 26, 1994, in Wheeling, West Virginia a daughter of Amy Martin Davenport and Chad Smalley.
Ally was a graduate of Bellaire High School, Class of 2012 and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bellaire, Ohio.
Allyson’s family includes her parents, Amy and Benjamin Davenport and Chad and Stacie Smalley all of Neffs, Ohio; her brothers and sister, Cody Saksa of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Elizabeth Paige McGlothlin of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Zackry Smalley, Logan Davenport and Shane Smalley all of Neffs, Ohio. Also her grandparents, Paul and Verna Martin of Neffs, Ohio, Carol (Late Ron) Marthaler of Neffs, Ohio, Donald and Jeri Smalley of Glencoe, Ohio, Zane and Valli Davenport of Cadiz, Ohio, Brian and Donna Caddell of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Gary and Heidi of Bethesda, Ohio and her great grandparents, Margaret (late Vernon) Baker of Bellaire, Ohio, Evelyn (Late Jack) Giacobbi of Cadiz, Ohio and Erma Troyer of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
In addition to many aunts, uncles, cousins, her wonderful friends, family, her “Misfits” and her four-legged baby, Pig.
Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering to celebrate Allyson’s life on Tuesday from 1-7 p.m. at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio.
“Because Allyson was rarely seen without a pair of sunglasses on her head or face we ask that you wear a pair of sunglasses [ THE BIGGER THE BETTER].”
