KUDLAK, James “Jim,” Jr., 71, of Moundsville died Saturday, April 20, 2013 at home.
He was born January 20, 1942 in Wheeling the son of the late James “Mickey” and Helen Erazmus Kudlak.
Jim was a coal miner and former employee of the Railroad and Ormet. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Wheeling.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one twin son: Jerrod Kudlak and two brothers: John and Michael Kudlak.
Survivors include one daughter: Colleen (Mark) Bass of Bethlehem and one twin son: James “Jimmy” (Lori) Kudlak of Sherrard; one sister: Barbara Sago and Jim Silver of Bethlehem and seven grandchildren: Hannah, Tanner and Garret Bass; Jerrod, Alizabeth, Ashton and Seth Kudlak.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Wheeling.
Private inurnment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
