DIGIANDOMENICO, Richard J., 65, of Wheeling, WV, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, in Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
He was born November 10, 1947, in Wheeling, a son of the late Albert J. and Angela Stachura Digiandomenico.
He was a retired employee of Bethlehem Gear and Machine, Wheeling and a member of the Cathedral of St. Joseph and Cave Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an aunt, Virginia Digiandomenico and a great-granddaughter, Maria Haas.
Surviving are his wife, Cynthia A. Digiandomenico; two sons, Richard A. (Denise) Digiandomenico, Ryan J. (Kristen) Digiandomenico; a daughter, Rona A. (Rodney) Eikey all of Wheeling; two brothers, Robert Digiandomenico of Yorkville, OH and Albert (Judy) Digiandomenico of Moundsville; a cousin, Carmen Digiandomenico; nine grandchildren, Christian, Rana, Austin, Shayna, Rocco, Alexis, Rodney, Renae and Mark.
Friends received Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 1400 Eoff St., Wheeling where a Vigil Service will be held at 3 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. Joseph with Msgr. Kevin Quirk as celebrant.
Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
