MITCHAM, Richard “Toby” Emmert, Jr., 31, of Wheeling, WV, entered into rest on Monday, May 6, 2013 in the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
He was born September 13, 1981 in Wheeling, WV, the son of Richard E. “Toby” Sr., and Robin Appleby Mitcham of Wheeling.
Richard was a machinist for Tri State Machine in Wheeling and a Presbyterian by a faith.
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and his aunt, Ruth Wilson.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Kayla Charley of Wheeling; a daughter, Taylor Mitcham of Wheeling; two sisters, Joanne Saunders and her husband, Thomas of Wheeling and Shelby M. Mitcham of Wheeling; four nephews, Carter Simeth of Wheeling, Clayton Johnson of Wheeling, Matthew Campbell of Follansbee, WV, and Anthony Campbell of Wheeling; a niece, Amiyah Charley of Wheeling; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends will be received Friday, May 10, 2013 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road, Wheeling (304-232-2732) with Monsignor Bakhos Chidiac officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
