Charles Pasco

PASCO, Charles, 94, of Wheeling, WV, died Thursday, October 3, 2013 in Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH.

Mr. Pasco was born February 8, 1919 in Czech the son of the late Michael and Helen Kovach Pascon.

He was a retired boat engineer and a Baptist by faith.

Mr. Pasco was a member of the American Legion in Moundsville; he was a lifetime member of the Bridgeport Eagles, a member of the Wheeling Senior Citizens, and a member of the Salvation Army in Wheeling. Mr. Pasco was also a member of the Monday Euchre Club and he loved fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Conners and a son, Charles M. Pasco.

Surviving are his wife, Alice Rae McCord Pasco; a daughter, Charlene Pasco of Annapolis, MD; two half-brothers, Benjamin Servich of Wellsburg, WV and Steven Servich of Denver, CO; two grandsons, Charles M. Pasco, II and his wife, Amilee of Palmer, Alaska and Chad Pasco of Wheeling and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Monday, October 7, 2013 from 2-5 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311) where service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Darrin Wright officiating.

Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
