Visitation Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m.
NEEHOUSE, Louella Mae, 89, of Moundsville, WV, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 9, 2014, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 7, 1924, in Boggs Run, WV, the daughter of the late Senate and Nettie Hudson Willis.
She was a member of Moundsville Baptist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, and VFW Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Carl N. Neehouse; five brothers, Donald, Elroy, Kenneth, Ray, and Senate Willis; four sisters, Fay Logsdon, Judith Willis, Janet Clark, and Nila Hartley; a son-in-law, Delbert Pyles; a grandson, Delbert Carl Pyles.
Survivors include two daughters, Peggy Pyles of Atlanta, GA, and Sandy (Roy) Clark of Moundsville; a sister, Carol (Ed) Suter of Moundsville; a brother, Billy (JoAnn) Willis of Moundsville; five grandchildren, Wendy (Guy) Ando of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Denny (Janice) Pyles of Atlanta, Roy Clark, Jr. of Moundsville, Randy (Wendy) Clark of Cameron, and Brad (MaryAnn) Clark of Moundsville; seven great-grandchildren, Anthony Ando, Austin Ando, Alex Pyles, Tye Clark, Shane Williams, Allen Clark, and Logan Clark; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. J. Thomas Steele officiating; and prayer by Rev. Jim Higginson.
Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard.
