Donald B. Kelley, 92, of Moundsville, WV, formerly of Glen Easton, WV, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.

He was born August 3, 1921, in Glen Easton, WV, the son of the late George W. and Ella J. Cunningham Kelley.

He was a WWII Army Infantry Veteran; a retired foreman from the former Allied Chemical South Plant; a former truck driver, who loved to drive; a Protestant by faith; and a member of Moundsville VFW Post #437.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alma “Cris” Kelley; a sister, Ila Mahood; and two brothers, Raymond and John Kelley.

Survivors include three sons, Michael (Betty) Kampe of Manteca, CA, Del (Debbie) Kelley of Glen Dale, Tod M. Kelley of Washington Lands; six grandchildren, Sheril Bach, Tere Kampe, Cari Bandy, and Ruth, Anna, and Isaac Kelley; seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville with his son, Del Kelley officiating.

Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville where the Moundsville Honor Guard will conduct Military Graveside Services.
