Kenneth Patrick Stephens, Sr., 93, of Wheeling, WV, died on July 20, 2014 in Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital and Geriatric Center, Wheeling, WV.

He was born January 30, 1921 in Glen Dale, WV, the son of the late William and Esta F. White Stephens.

He was a member of St Paul’s Evangelical Church in Wheeling, WV where he was an elder.

Ken was a retired employee at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Yorkville Plant and an Army Veteran of WWII. He was a lifetime Mason and enjoyed traveling.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Maxwell Stephens, and a daughter, Carol Stephens McAllister.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou Todd Otte Stephens; a son, Pat Stephens and his wife, Linda of Wheeling, WV; a daughter, Nancy Stephens Barry and her husband, Tom of Wheeling, WV: his stepchildren, Kevin Otte and his wife, Terrie of Myrtle Beach, SC, Alan Otte of Wheeling, WV, and Sue Luikart of Wheeling, WV; a son-in- law, Bill McAllister of Wheeling, WV; three grandchildren, Jill Eller and her husband, Corey, Jeff Stephens and Megan McAllister; three step grandchildren; two great grandchildren, Willow and Cricket Eller and a step-great-grandchild.

Friends received on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) where services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Mr Brad Hudson officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
