Annabelle “Anna” Miller Little, 81, of Moundsville, W.Va., died Monday, September 1, 2014, in Wheeling Medical Park, Wheeling.
Anna was born September 13, 1932, in Sabraton, WV, the daughter of the late Mildred P. Douglas Miller.
She was a retired waitress for Louie’s Hot Dogs, Wheeling, for 28 years; a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Post 437; Ladies Auxiliary of Bridgeport, OH; Eagles Arie 995.
Anna was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Moundsville and loved to dance, play bingo and bowl.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her son, Mike Little; grandson, Carl Joseph Armbruster; and sister, Freda Dudley.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Joseph Little of Moundsville; three daughters, JoAnn Wright and Bruce Winland, Deborah L. (Raymond) Robinson, and Cheryl L. (Ron) Lowe, all of Moundsville; twin sister, Betty Glessner of Wheeling, WV; grandchildren, Michelle Wright and her fiance, Chris Kelly of Glen Easton, WV, and Jeb (Brittany) Lowe of Mounds-ville; great-grandchildren, Jourdano and Jayden Presto, and Irelyn and Aidan Lowe; and several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with Rev Greg Blair officiating. Interment will follow at Park View Memorial Gardens, Wheeling.
