JEANETTE LEPOVICH

Jeanette “Jeanie” Lepovich, 83, of Powhatan Point, Ohio, died Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia.

She was born January 25, 1933, in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Anthony and Anna Drajaz Dziorney.

Jeanette loved playing Bingo with her friends and going to the dog track at the Wheeling Casino.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Country Club Retirement Campus for their care and kindness.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Anna Lepovich, Caroline Bassil and Agnes Gaglio; and seven brothers, Leon, Vic, Mike, Edward, Sammy, William and Stanley Dziorney; one great- grandson, Nicholas Keane; and one son-in-law, Orville “OD” Baughman.

Surviving are her children, Violet “Mickey” (Duane) Gulla of Bellaire, Ohio, Mary Ann (Harry) Hartley of Sardis, Ohio, Michael (Mona) Mistovich of Powhatan Point, Ohio and Mona Baughman of Bellaire, Ohio; one sister, Cecilia Doty of Moundsville, West Virginia; and two brothers, George (Renee) Dziorney of Powhatan Point, Ohio, and Thomas (Judy) Dziorney of McMechen, West Virginia. Also 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Ohio with Pastor Donald R. Cordery officiating.
