CHAYNE HAYNES

Chayne Gregory Haynes, 25, of Marietta, GA, formerly of St. Augustine, FL and Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly April 18, 2017.

Chayne was born on June 14, 1991 in Wheeling, WV.

He is the son of Anna (Cenker) Decker of St. Augustine, FL and Gregory Haynes of Weirton, WV.

Chayne graduated from Weir High School in 2009 where he played football for three years and attended WVU.

He has been in the Ironworkers Union Local 387 of Atlanta for three years as an apprentice and was attending school to become a journeyman.

Some of the buildings he was proud to work on included the new Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves stadiums along with numerous other projects hoping one day to show his future children what their dad had built.

Chayne had a kind heart and loving soul and often fostered small animals he found abandoned or injured in his back yard.

Chayne had an infectious smile and ability to make everyone laugh. He was loved by many and will sadly be missed.

Chayne was an organ donor.

Chayne is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bob and Ruth Haynes of Weirton, WV.

Chayne is survived by his father and step-mother, Gregory and Kelly Haynes; mother and step-father, Anna Decker and Jeff Francis; former step-mother, Jan Haynes; former step-father, Mark Decker; maternal grandparents, Edward and Maxine Cenker; fiance, Megan Sapp; sisters, Tess Haynes, Azia Haynes, Lexingtin Haynes, Kylee Haynes, Holly Ensell, Rachel Decker Kerr; brothers, Ryan Ensell and Casey Decker; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

The family will be holding a Memorial Service to celebrate Chayne’s life at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Get Togethers Picnic Grounds and Party Facility, 3934 Kings Rd., Weirton, WV 26062.
