Lisa Rae Holbert, 52, of New Martinsville, WV, left this world to be with her mother, who is walking on the streets of gold in Glory Land, on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017.
Her mother will not have to feed her anymore; she will be feeding herself with the glory of God. They will be singing “This is the Day That the Lord has Made, I will Rejoice and be Glad in it”.
She was born Oct. 25, 1964, in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of the late Leonard Ray Holbert and Martha Kisner Sayre.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Ralph Crow; uncle, Clifford Kisner; and two aunts, Wilma Hall and Evelyn Simmons.
Survivors include her step-father, Bill (Janice) Sayre of Moundsville; two step-brothers, Spencer Sayre and Bill (Karna) Sayre all of Charleston, WV; and a step-sister, Kimberly (Brian) Lanham of Charleston.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11a.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville with the Rev. Ronald Wilfong officiating.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
