Karlie Marie Pletcher, 7, of Sardis, OH passed away Monday, January 1, 2018 at Wetzel County Hospital.

She was born January 24, 2010 in Wheeling, WV, the daughter of Kayla Pletcher and the late Matthew Wilson.

She was a student at River Elementary, and a member of Hannibal United Methodist Church.

She loved hanging out with her brother and sister. She was very creative and enjoyed making things, dancing, and riding 4-wheelers with her pap. Karlie was excited to start playing basketball, her dream was to be a cartoon artist and a veterinarian.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Merle Potts.

Survivors include her mother, Kayla Pletcher of Sardis; her brother, Chase Pletcher; and sister, Briella Pletcher, both at home; maternal grandparents, Tony (Jeannie) Pletcher of Sardis; paternal grandparents, Allison (Jim) Chambers of Powhatan Point, Jon (Brenda) Wilson of Bellaire; aunt and uncles, Phillip (Anissa) Pletcher of Cleveland, Nathan (Amanda) Pletcher of Wheeling, Julio (Ashley) Diaz of FL; maternal great-grandmother, Marjorie Potts, Barbara Duke; maternal great-grandfather, Dale Pletcher; four cousins, Tyler, Olivia, Sophie and Myles Pletcher.

Family will receive friends Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home, 37234 Mound St., Sardis, OH. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Hannibal United Methodist Church, 52732 SR 536 Hannibal, OH, with Rev. Steve Rice officiating.

Interment will follow in Harter Cemetery, Hannibal OH.
